CRO Specialist- Agenție de Marketing

• Excellent command of the English language;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field;
• Proven hands-on experience with A/B testing or landing-page optimization; familiarity with LeadPages is a plus;
• Comfortable working with data and motivated by understanding what drives user clicks;
• Ability to form data-driven hypotheses and translate insights into actionable test ideas;
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills;
• Passionate about learning and continuously improving through experimentation.

• Build, launch, and closely monitor A/B tests in LeadPages (or other testing tools), ensuring accurate setup and reliable data;
• Evaluate A/B test outcomes, identify what drives results, and share actionable insights with the team;
• Review landing pages to ensure visual quality, proper functionality, and correct tracking;
• Work closely with the CRO Manager to discover high-impact testing opportunities and optimization ideas;
• Analyze the conversion funnel to uncover bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements;
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail — accuracy and precision are critical in every experiment.
