Our client is a leading European mobility platform that connects users with drivers and delivery partners across multiple countries. The company operates in a fast-paced, international environment, focusing on making urban mobility and everyday services more accessible, convenient, and affordable.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Strategy & Operations to support the growth and performance of the company’s mobility services in Romania. In this role, you will work closely with the local operations leadership team to improve business performance, develop strategic partnerships, and launch new service categories. You will combine analytical thinking with a hands-on approach, taking ownership of projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Cerințe

  • 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, banking or finance, business operations, a fast-growing startup, or a similar analytical and commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of business performance, P&L, and unit economics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both Romanian and English.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilități

  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve key metrics across service categories.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key players, including commercial venues, airports, financial institutions, and other relevant partners.
  • Lead negotiations and develop business opportunities that support the company’s growth in Romania.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with teams such as Legal, Marketing, Public Policy, and PR.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to implement strategic initiatives and scale successful solutions.
  • Use data and business insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
