Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Human Resources Specialist with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment to join our client’s team. The primary responsibility for this role will be to manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across the organisation, but also to provide support in other HR areas as needed, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative HR environment.

Cerințe

  • You must have an excellent command of the English language;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in recruitment or Human Resources role, ideally with hands-on experience in end-to end recruitment (3+ years preferred);
  • Experience with direct sourcing and head-hunting techniques, particularly for mid-to-senior level or niche positions;
  • Previous exposure to administrative HR tasks is considered a plus;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;

Responsabilități

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions;
  • Proactively source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks;
  • Actively engage in head hunting for key or hard-to-fill roles, using platforms such as LinkedIn and professional networks;
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams;
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and regularly update reports to ensure transparency and informed decision-making;
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources;
  • Assist in other HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR administration when needed; \
  •  Support the planning and coordination of internal events, including team-building activities, workshops, and other employee engagement initiatives;
