Brand Representative with Excellent German - Marketing Agency

We are looking for a Brand Representative with German, for one of our clients, a leading direct response company that has sold countless products worldwide in the past 8 years, and they are planning to become the No 1 direct response company in the World.

Cerințe

  • You must have an excellent command of the German language; almost native (in writing).
  • English is also a must;
  • You are the type of person who gets things done;
  • You are a very good organizer;
  • You pay attention to details;
  • You know how to prioritize your tasks;
  • You are a practical person with good common sense;
  • It would be a plus to have previous working experience in a customer support department or to have worked abroad (especially in Germany).

Responsabilități

  • Write ads, commercials and banners in German language;
  • Help with the launch of new products;
  • Improve existing products based on the research accumulated from our audience;
  • Adapt the marketing materials to German language;
  • Be our German speaking advisor
  • Interact with the customers, discover their needs, ‘pains’, and desires (on social media or email);
  • Engage with customers to learn how the products are being perceived;
  • Gather and interpret the information collected from the market;
  • You will interact with the customers (via email or social media channels – always in written form; not via phone or video calls), discover their needs, pains, and desires.
  • You will filter this information and report it to the Marketing department manager.
