For one of our clients, an international direct marketing company with globally recognized products, we are looking for a Brand Development Specialist who can transform ideas into successful products and impactful brand experiences.

Cerințe

  • Excellent command of English;
  • Experience in product development, marketing, branding, or copywriting; previous experience as a head-hunter is a plus;
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with partners, authors, influencers, and suppliers;
  • Experience collaborating with international teams or suppliers from the USA, China, or the UK is a big advantage;
  • A curious, proactive mindset with a passion for creating and improving products;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and practical common sense.

Responsabilități

  • Work closely with internal teams to generate innovative product ideas and brand concepts that resonate with the market and align with company goals;
  • Oversee product and prototype development, testing, and refinement of designs and functionalities;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings, using insights to guide strategic decisions;
  • Ensure high-quality standards and compliance throughout the product development process;
  • Manage project budgets and optimize resources to maximize efficiency;
  • Identify and collaborate with key partners, spokespersons, authors, influencers, and experts to support product development and marketing;
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and review/approve communication materials created by the copywriting team;
  • Participate in marketing strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative promotional ideas and improve conversion rates.
